About the Role
This role sits inside our Newcastle operation, overseeing the cargo that moves through our site every day. You will lead a small, experienced team and make sure every shipment is handled, recorded and sent out properly and on time.
What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing inbound and outbound cargo, from arrival to dispatch
- Planning daily workloads and keeping the team on track
- Checking documentation and load accuracy before anything leaves site
- Keeping the operation safe, organised and running to standard
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience supervising in a warehouse, freight or logistics setting
- A calm head under pressure and a good eye for detail
- Confident leading a team and setting the standard by example
- Someone who follows through on what they say
