About the Role
This role sits inside our Newcastle operation, getting customer orders where they need to be, safely and on time. You will be the face of Jaymac on the road, working alongside a team that takes pride in doing things properly from collection to drop.
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering customer orders across the region to a planned daily route
- Carrying out vehicle checks before every journey and reporting any issues
- Loading and unloading safely, with the right paperwork at every drop
- Representing Jaymac professionally with every customer you meet
What We Are Looking For
- A valid HGV licence with Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
- A clean driving record and a safety-first attitude
- Good with timekeeping. Customers can rely on you to turn up when you say
- A team player who takes ownership of the vehicle and the load
